Looking at the model in the 1st Case Study there is a foundational section called "Daily Accountability Process"; by leaders' systematically comparing "what was expected?" with "what happened?" this drives a continuous process of identifying good work and effort (triggering recognition) while simultaneously identifying anything that is off track (triggering coaching, setting expectations, feedback or even escalation.)
