Our Rapid Mass Engagement process is currently having its design limits tested by its application to 2600 employees at Boston Scientific .
We are in the early stages (the employee engagement has created employee-owned Behavioural Standards for all 2600 employees) and the early indications are that the process is scalable not just repeatable.
