I am delighted to celebrate that one of the very best facilitators I have ever had the pleasure of working with has joined our team!

The Rapid Mass Engagement in Boston Scientific in Ireland is the largest ever implemented -3200 employees at the time. Siobhan moved from initial scepticism about the Higher Purpose Model (Leadership as a System) to becoming the lead facilitator on the site not simply delivering but adapting and innovating to meet the needs of Boston Scientific’s many stakeholders .
