At GKN she was a leading Lean facilitator and change manager and also specialised in the application of what are known as the ‘Core Skills’ of Recognition, Coaching and Constructive Feeedback and the 5 Key Diagnostic Models.

Jasmin supports organisations in building high-performance cultures by combining Lean thinking, leadership development, and employee engagement. Her core focus is enabling organisations to turn strategy into execution – across all levels, from leadership to shopfloor.
